The collection uses sealed cement-based composite with a cork base pad. Each product page includes its structure, outer dimensions and care instructions.

Check the outer dimensions in centimeters and inches on the product page. Compartment layouts vary by design. Pens and styling accessories shown in scene photographs are not included.

We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories or military mail addresses.

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Handling is 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch is 3–4 business days. The estimated total is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing day, not a delivery guarantee. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving changes. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays enter processing on the next business day.

Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Email us with your order number and reason for authorization and instructions. Authorized returns go to our company address in France.

We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged, defective or incorrect items. You cover return shipping to France for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, and the refund approved, funds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.

Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry. Do not soak or use abrasive cleaners. Keep the cork underside dry and follow the additional care directions for your chosen design.
