Shipping Policy
A clear route from our store to your workspace.
Shipping destinations & cost
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders receive free standard shipping. US territories and military mail addresses are outside our shipping area. We do not offer an expedited shipping option.
Handling time
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Daily order cutoff
Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago). This is a fixed UTC−06:00 cutoff throughout the year and does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter the handling period that day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on excluded holidays enter the handling period on the next business day.
Transit & estimated delivery
Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Handling plus transit gives an estimated total of 4–6 business days from the applicable processing day. Time before processing begins is additional. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
